As a result, it is crucial that individual agents brand themselves well, or they risk being left behind.

Sarah Perrotti identified that she needed to start to brand herself in order to become successful. She wanted to be the go-to real estate agent in her area. One of the best ways to do this is through logo design. This way, she would have a symbol that customers could instantly identify with.


The first stage of the logo design process is research. We needed to learn about Sarah Perrotti’s professional vision. Learning about her goals/objectives, who her target audiences are and what her strong skills are. It’s also useful to do a bit of research on competitors. Looking at how they are branding themselves – what is working for them? What isn’t? This would act as a solid foundation to start developing a top quality logo for Sarah.

Once the research was done, we moved on to brainstorming. This is the creative stage of the process. We get to come up with a range of different ideas for the final design. We will always keep in mind and requests or pointers that you have given us and work to incorporate them in to the design. After agreeing on the best and most suitable design, we had to move on to sketching it down. At this stage we can make any small changes that would improve it whilst also being able to get a feel for the logo as we can see it in front of us.
